The Pioneer Team was founded in 2005 by the will of a group of pilots and flight instructors and thanks to the availability of some ex Frecce Tricolori pilots which gave their support to give the team the right training.

The formation flying program is a demonstration of precision and elegance, a number of well harmonized sequences that offer the feeling of a special dance in the sky. Due to Pioneer 330 maneuverability, the aircrafts remain always in view of the spectators for the entire duration of the exhibition, about 13 minutes with no breaks.
